Arrangements have been made for conference presenters to stay at the Charles F. Knight Center on campus. Some additional rooms have been reserved but may be sold out by the time other guests make arrangements. UPDATE as of 2/29/12: There may still be rooms at the Knight Center, which is on campus. You may want to try the Knight Center first.

Sheraton Reservations
Conference attendees and travel grant recipients are encouraged to stay at the Sheraton Plaza Hotel in Clayton, a neighborhood near campus. Discounted rooms and some free transportation to and from campus and the airport (and some conference events) are available from the Sheraton in connection with this event. Guests who reserve rooms at the Sheraton will be able to pick up their information packets (containing schedules and maps) when they check in. For those not staying at the Sheraton, information packets will be available at the Registration desk at the symposium on Friday morning.
NOTE: Please note that there is a cut off date of Feb. 29, 2012 for making reservations at the discounted rate. To receive your discount, be certain to mention that you are participating in the German Department's "Distant Readings" conference at Washington University.
